Shipping policy

I want your Shipping and Returns experience to be as smooth as dropping the needle on your favorite record. Let's keep the guidelines simple and straightforward.

• Transparent Pricing: I've built the shop to operate on a "what you see is what you pay" model. I do my best to bake the shipping costs and taxes directly into the sticker price so you aren't hit with extra math at the end.

• First Exchange is on Me: Getting your order exactly right is my top priority. If an item doesn't work out, just send me a message within 7 days of delivery, and I will gladly handle your first exchange for free.

• Late Notifications: Once that 7-day window closes, deciding to offer any store credit or allow a return rests solely in my hands. I evaluate every situation carefully to give you a great experience, but the final call remains my personal discretion.

• Curated & Custom Exceptions: While I want you to be thrilled with everything, one-of-a-kind creations are exempt from the exchange policy. Whether you’ve ordered a commissioned illustration, a customized shirt, or a rare item that only saw a single production run, these are strictly final sale and cannot be returned.

• Refunds as Store Credit: If we do need to process a refund, I do not offer direct monetary refunds. Instead, all refunds are processed exclusively as store credit. Think of it as a digital gift card that helps me sustain the studio while you find your next favorite item.
